Siberia has been frozen this day, the 22nd June 2014, having fallen to its own localised ice age and thus running widdershins to the balance of a planet in meltdown. The permafrost is sealed now beneath a vast, aberrant glacier as transparently smooth as showcase glass. The suffering few passing travellers and sometime inhabitants, with their twilight tales, are here locked forever within what one could wish were a hermetic marvel; a monument to that which once passed for reformatory justice.
So rather than being lost without tribute in the foetid proletariat of the oubliette, these threads remain now self-evidentially intact, as though corpses were headstones. As though words were the covers of books! Preserved to haunt... complete; inviolate ...behold! An entire land of pure ghosts.
