So, what's with Siberia? I saw in the general rules thread that it's a place for posting fluff and/or restricting there members who post that kind of stuff.
But if I want to post something "fluff" (ie. some cool pictures of Siberia), could(should) I post it there?
And while we are on the pictures subject, apparently I cannot post pictures (tried on some thread and failed)? Is there any specific reason for that?
