I heard a lot of INTPs talk on the IRC. But can anyone tell me where the IRC is and what the heck it is?

IRC is a chat system, you download a client and connect to a server and channel. You heard it was popular? Might have to go on it (I tried once, found I was banned and requested not to be but never tried again!)

To all you irc idlers out there, is anyone able to access ecnet? Both their website and the irc server seem to be down for me. Is anyone else having the same problem? Anyone know what's going on over there? Google doesn't have much info I'm afraid :/

If you do:
/server irc.ecnet.org
or, if the DNS is down, as it often is:
/server <the IP kuu posted>
you will be connected to ECNet. You'll then want to set your nick in your client, which is a client-dependent process. Then:
/join #intpforum.com
will connect you to our chan.
