I was trying to give the most open definition possible.
Put it this way, a straight guy would be bothered if a nude guy hugged him, while a gay guy may find it exciting, and a Bi guy may either be excited or apathetic, so you see I wrote it that way to convey that a Bi person may just lack that repel response, not necessarily sexually excited by both genders.

Meh, maybe I'm getting Bi confused with something else.
