I was trying to be nice to Adaire and care for her by saying that. I only meant to console her or begin a process of talking through her problems, to help her solve them. I'm on her side. I'd never hurt her feelings or do her wrong on purpose. She seemed mad, and I just wanted to make her happy again.
mmhm such warmth and support. I think I might swoon.

Let's get married Pizzabreak!
Okay. I might change my username to break instead of beak so it'd make more sense as it would refer to a communal act of inetivable human interaction instead of just something else.

omfg I've been reading your screenname as PizzaBREAK this entire time
Mandela Effect.

It's from "Laserbeak", I've always been bad at coming up with original names, though, so I just switched laser with pizza. I don't remember any other names I was going to use.

Cog's advice to being cool:
  1. Stop smoking weed.
  2. Do what I say not what I do.
  3. I don't smoke weed either so don't get any funny ideas.
  4. Before posting consider "what would Cog do?" then don't do it.
  5. Be cool. (there is no try, or do, only be)
This was my sincere attempt to prevent you being as much of an abject failure of a human being as I am, I probably failed, I am a black hole of failure and there is no escape, you will now suck forever, resistance is futile.

Seriously though just use way to many commas, it makes everything your write, sound breathless, and, dramatic.
Agreed. You're only supposed to smoke like once a week, or month, the less the better or more stronger it'll be. Although people get hung up on almost abusing it, you aren't really supposed to be smoking it everyday. It could just be my fault for lack of communication. Otherwise it's easier to tell what someone should do, or you can tell when something's not good or bothering someone.
The universe is actually made of pizza and the olives are black, sucky holes, surrounded by event horizons made of cheese, while supercharged tomato sauce is flung out in every direction towards the ever-expanding crust, faster than the speed of light. Pizzabeak is sitting at the centre of Pizza universe facepalming and wondering why the hell everyone is nibbling tentatively at the crust and avoiding the olives. He's worried that he may actually be an anchovy, when truth be told, anchovies could be the secret answer to the origin of Pizza universe.

Sorry, I'm really tired. This was all my confused brain could muster up at this point.
I think the center of the universe is metaphorical, it could just be some pinnacle of knowledge or having gone through some event, where you're obviously in some state. Those black olives go without saying, although you don't really need to substitute them with green ones. Otherwise, I don't like them that much, not even on a salad, in which green olives can't be substituted without changing the entire style of the salad. It's "too particular", except, I just inherently like the Greek style, since I was a kid. It's as simple as that, I'm not really a food tester. Anchovies have always been too salty to me. They say you should be getting smarter as you get older. That's why mastery of time is important, or actions speak louder than words, for any reason, all other things in perspective.
I dug a moderate sized hole in my back yard once, confirming we are on a thin crust pizza. On the other side was like vast desert similar to the one in the movie "symmetry" about the Large Hadron Collider. Large Huge Crust is a deception, thin crust is the TRUTH.

edit
Thin High Crust (THC)
Forget Pinaple and Anchovies, Cog is right, don't smoke weed, eat it on pizza. This is the ultimate implication of Flat Earth Theory. It's been in our faces the whole time.
It entirely depends on the situation, just the full crust makes you fuller. It's more carbs, can slow you down even if you eat a lot of bread, which means you have to work it out faster or it turns into fat. Flat Earth theory (speculation) has nothing to do with recognizing objects, or being woke.
Unfortunatley Serac due to the state of Australia in which I was born and raised I am now honor bound to kill you, but I will show you heaven before I send you to hell.

There's pineapple pizza and then there's pizza with pineapple on it and there's a world of difference between the two. That frozen "Hawaiian" pizza you get from the supermarket is garbage, fast food pizza places use canned pineapple so they're lemon scented garbage.

On a real pineapple pizza the pineapple slices (absolutely not chunks) are cooked separately (in a frypan or grilled) and added just before the cheese, understand that cheese doesn't need to be cooked (it's cheese you fucking cheese cooking morons) you only put it in the oven long enough for it to be melted onto the pizza, and you use Camembert, obviously.
No, it's whatever technique you want to use. You'd probably go to the same place if they cook it they way you want. It shouldn't be bad, no matter which way it's cooked. I wouldn't call most of it garbage though, implicitly, you know pizza can't be the healthiest food consciouswise, pineapple nonetheless, that's why I usually go for any vegan pizza, which is more expensive, since the prices for unpopular items produced like that are typically marked up.
Yesterday my bf boiled lentils with apples, then served it with cashews, bananas and fresh spinach and it was fucking delicious and it turned my perspective on taste combinations upside down and now I'm the biggest supporter of pineapple pizza you'll ever meet.

(Disclaimer: there were various spices and such in this dish, do not attempt at making this using only the things i listed here as it will probably be very bad, a failure and something you'll feel ashamed over for years to come)
Fruit, nuts, vegetables, minimal bread, occasional or no meat is the best way to do it, irrespective of any supplements, synthetic or not. Lentils and other crops like rice have the most accumulated fluoride during growth, plus cooking them with any fluorine compound containing water doubles it, so it can't be reconciled with conscious "eating" or nutritional adsorption. You don't need any spices like cayenne or peppers, really. It isn't advised to eat breakfast foods all day.
long have I wondered.. what is this dark force out there that perpetuates the evil of pizza pineapple. Deadly. Vicious. Yet elusive and imperceptible to the eye. but now I know.. I stand today face to face with it
I think it's that you can't do everything at once so whenever you do get pizza it's just that options are limited, so pineapple is the last thing on anyone's conceivable mind. Those who deviate are seen as disobedients, which are bad. It could be any opportunism. If you bought every normal pizza, pepperoni, sausage (Italian), spinach, cheese, red or white sauce, or bbq, plus pineapple, it'd be seen as less an issue.

Connections have always existed between souls and people, since eternity and the beginning/end of time. We're just experiencing reality being played out like a long dream over and over again, until everything happens and corrects the universe. It's written in the wind and records. Life could be like a great gameshow or boardgame. Wouldn't you just want to step outside one day into the warm, bright sunlight and behold a day? Possibilities should be endless.
Too bad, the new moderator moody is banhammering your catty ass.

I'm not sure what the competition is, but I am sure I'm winning.
Videogames are cool now, again. Is existence really a competition?

I don't think it's paranoia more so than it is provoked responses or deliberate tries to start fights
And people like to start fights because they're paranoid :D
And to be any clear, it's sometimes hard to understand you too, if anything. It isn't that it's difficult, I mean it's I should maybe put more time into reading what you "put on the table", is all. It makes the risk of communicating not even worth sometimes, because it could lead to a ban.
This is fair. I've been told that I'm hard to understand many times. I think you and I have a very different way of perceiving and thinking about things. Feel free to ignore me any time, I don't take offense.
You don't really know my personal life or me in person, so I don't think I'm as rude in reality
That makes sense.
Unless anyone can point out the instances where I had offended you highly, I'm not sure how big of a deal it is.
Eh, I get offended by weird things which is why I indefinitely let it slide. When I get offended, I just tend to reason that communicating and gaining information is more imporant than some reaction that will fade quickly.
(I get the impression that he/she is fairly passive, anyways)
Why thank you! I don't know if I SHOULD take it as a compliment....but I do. Criticise me all you want, world! Though...I'm probably too passive sometimes....I bounce between extremes. Hence the username.
didn't say I wind up socially humiliated, just that it would awkward and take too long to explain the correct way of thinking about it, and that you have to hope people understood, or just relate to where they're coming from.
AAAnnnnnnd there lies the deviation in perspective.... How do you know that your way is the correct way of thinking about it? You've said that belief is the death of intelligence MANY times, yet all you seem to use to justify your arguments are beliefs. Such as the belief that you have the "correct way of thinking about it." (This is not an attack! Or meant to be offensive!)
...
Ah yes, well said @computerhxr. Ever the wise, brilliant one. I am in awe of your words.
smh my head
i just facepalmed my way through
this entire thread
Might want to get that checked out. Did you purposefully mean to hit yourself, or is it some sort of muscular spasm you cannot control?
I vote moody for moderator and banhammer
Ahaha...hah....are you serious? I'm flattered, but I am way too indecisive. I'd feel so bad and be like "well maybe they didn't mean it like THAAAAT....." constantly.
this is excellent; allegiances have been revealed, alliances shall soon be formed, ancient wounds will soon be healed and dark castles will be stormed
I think we're too lazy to do that.
I sense a common trend. Why insist on making things about you instead of about the things?

I think most people here never understand what you're aiming for or where you're coming from and stopped caring a long time ago, since your writings are so vague and/or incoherent.
I feel you...but unfortunately our society is moving towards valuing what you present yourself as instead of the value in what you actually do or say. And that promotes more and more self-conscious, selfish thinking and opporating.
“If everyone around you seems to be an asshole, YOU are the asshole.”
That being said, there are absolutely a lot of “toxic” environments one could find themselves in.
Both can be true.
you can alter your behaviour too.
NO NEVER THIS CAN NEVER HAPPEN
Jk this is how humans function
humans who can't do this are labled mentally ill
Humans who do this too much are sociopaths
Willingly put yourself down a peg, and no one will be trying to strike you down.
I do this all the time, but I've seen your replies and you seem to be particularly good at it.
Admitting your ignorance on subjects often (when it applies anyways) works too.
I do this too. I warn you, do NOT do this too much or to the wrong people...it can be taken the wrong way. I've found myself in situations where I've been labled as incompetent because I overdid it in a collaborative setting. I had to yell at them when they were just doing something wrong, and then I was looked at as an OCD asshole. Not my fault they were pompous morons.
Does anyone else get this ?
This is a very normal human thing. In high school, my English class even had a discussion on this.
If you have a limited sort of experience with varying types of people, especially really good people, it's more challenging to empathize/sympathize. It's not just about differing individuals or persons either, (there's age, gender, nationality, generation, religiosity,) and so on.
It's cliche, but it's honestly true that you can't understand or empathize as well with people you just haven't had experience with.

Stop caring about your reputation. Even if you don't get to prove to so and so that you're smart.

There are quite a few people who've thought they were better at insert here or had a better quality that I supposedly lacked, and maybe some of them actually did. But they were the ones who were salty because I had patiently practiced the art of not giving a fuck. Why worry about reputation online unless you're a public figure?

They don't like to, or enjoy either.

No, it's not ignoring you. It's part the way people naturally communicate or understand things. It's hard to prove exactly what is this or that, using rationality, such as, some people are color blind so see things that way. Even then, there's no way of really proving that the wavelength I see of red (600-720) is the same red you perceive.
Eh, I get offended by weird things which is why I indefinitely let it slide. When I get offended, I just tend to reason that communicating and gaining information is more imporant than some reaction that will fade quickly.
Timing is essential.

You don't. The keys suggests you act according to your personal philosophy or else you're lying (to yourself, thus others). I can only anchor on to so much. People need anything to stay strong. Your so called my "correct way of thinking about it" must be some kind of truth, universal, so your suggestions, while appreciated, might be fun to entertain for participating in discussion, might not bear any resemblance to a true reality or someone's personality; your expectations of someone, can be a different mode of them, such that, you want them to be the life of the party, and at the same time, an introvert or intelligent computer programmer/software guy.
I feel you...but unfortunately our society is moving towards valuing what you present yourself as instead of the value in what you actually do or say. And that promotes more and more self-conscious, selfish thinking and opporating.
No one cares about potential, it's all about what is. What could be, is a promise that might not always get fulfilled. So that reasoning can't be used to target someone's ethics or morals. It's mostly lust, then, and a race to the finish. Life could be appreciated slowly so you could stop and smell the roses, not miss out. You need balance. All these CEO guys taking exotic Amazonian trips to find spiritual oneness and become woke to increase their profits and entrepreneurship, aren't the answer. It's about reducing your carbon footprint or ultimately survival, so selfishness will happen in a barbaric society. Where there's no order you'll need to huddle into smaller communities and take on roles to play the game.

Thanks for your response, you make a lot of sense. I can see where you’re coming from! (Finally! I always feel as though I’ve accomplished something when someon responds in detail to something I’ve said and it makes sense right away).

Well alright. I don't really intend to hurt anyone's feelings, even when any friendly banter might arise out of people seeking something. I didn't mean that this forum was boring when I said this thread is, or the people in it are. I meant in a way more like I could be self conscious, and could come off as boring to some people, which prevents people from posting more in threads I participate in. But I'm glad it made sense, and that there was actually nothing negative about the experience. Usually during exchanges, and particularly ours, I don't really address it fully, nor quite skim responses but it more so seems I'm busy, or not really in the moment, so I intend to finish answering later, which could be weird. So it's like living in the now, and I should do it then. So it's not like I think you don't exist.
