I've heard of benefits to having a healthy body and overall good muscular mass and strength. I see guys drink their shakes in front of the mirror, I think it's more motivational for them if they can see themselves. I think that's the intent.good luck, i have spent 9 months in gym (a total record for me, the best was 1 month lol) and i don't notice that much of a change, i must admit that i'm not interested in mutation, i'm not like Cell, i'm not Ni driven, there's no heroic goal to be achieved, i just want to mantein healthy and a bit muscled, some shape.
Beware of becoming obssesed with proteins and nutrition and looking yourself at the mirror. Yesterday the instructor took his shirt off and started doing contortionism in front of a group of asslickers and it was so disgusting for me yet attractive but not because of the muscled body the guy has but as to an antrophologist is to see a haitian tribe ritualing voodoo or sacrificing a squirell.
