Objects in the mirror might look closer than they

good luck, i have spent 9 months in gym (a total record for me, the best was 1 month lol) and i don't notice that much of a change, i must admit that i'm not interested in mutation, i'm not like Cell, i'm not Ni driven, there's no heroic goal to be achieved, i just want to mantein healthy and a bit muscled, some shape.
Beware of becoming obssesed with proteins and nutrition and looking yourself at the mirror. Yesterday the instructor took his shirt off and started doing contortionism in front of a group of asslickers and it was so disgusting for me yet attractive but not because of the muscled body the guy has but as to an antrophologist is to see a haitian tribe ritualing voodoo or sacrificing a squirell.

I've heard of benefits to having a healthy body and overall good muscular mass and strength. I see guys drink their shakes in front of the mirror, I think it's more motivational for them if they can see themselves. I think that's the intent.

You're so tall, Normann! :) Like TheManBeyond, I have never had an incredible amount of success with the gym- not without going regularly for years. I am definitely planning to diet and exercise again too. I heard that it's supposed to ward off depression by increasing seratonin levels, and increase learning capacity due to greater oxygen intake or something. *shrugs* I don't know if I have my facts straight, but that feels about right. Exercise really seems most helpful during finals and other stressful times.

Dance class for Fall 2015- registered!

If we don't do this dance, I will be surprised and disappointed since it's on alllll the time in the campus snack shops:

Once I am done I will augment with body with mechanical devices. I will ascend from this simple form and turn into the perfect organism!

We'll see how this works out.

Paging Cog. Please make your way to the indoctrination isle we have another one.

I enjoy exercise, not to achieve a perfect body type since I'll likely never be able to achieve that (due to literal impossibility the only reason I said likely is they may have shape changing machines in the future.) however there is a level of physical ability I'm going for.

These last few days however I'm sleeping all night and all day and I'm only awake in-between. ;)

Goodluck :)
I used to train and keep track of calories/diet back when I used to do figure skating. Now after years of hiatus, the only "exercise" I do is running around during finals week trying to finish 3 months' worth of design work in a day :^^:
How did that work out for you?

Actually guys to be honest this is just a side-goal if you will call it that. Trying to get into the AirForce but I have to pass a test fortunately named the PAST.

Particular job I want requires me to do so. SOWT or Special Operations Weather Team, bunch of INTPs jumping out of planes with guns I suppose.

1.5 miles in 10:45
500m swim in 14:45
2 x 25m underwater swim with rest between each
45 pushups
45 situps
8 pullups

I'll be updating soon.
