Poll, Which is Best (or least worst)?

I can't decide which one these 5 to post to my photobucket account. Wondering if any of you had a preference?

Well there are 4 separate pictures on the bottom one ... I should have posted them separately...

I'm leaning towards the top one or the one on the top left of the 4

Aha! Makes sense. I change my answer then. I like the bottom left best and top left second. The red center star is okay and better than no center IMO.

The reason I pick the bottom left over the top left is the center is too bright and draws my focus inward, distracting from the.....vortex things?

Boy! that was a lot of work I trashed the original
(I could not imagine what I would need it for)

It was a lake at night (time lapsed photo, so the stars rotated - or appeared to...)

so which of the 5 did you prefer?

I like the one on the top right of the four-- the red star is more defined then in the top left one, where it seems a little fuzzy and washed out: it doesn't have the same impact as with the more defined one. The distortion around the edges of the top left one looks cool, but I prefer the sharp edges and contrast in the top right one.

The one on the top is really good too, though: I agree with you on that one.

:S to me the bottom left is the favourite, the light is most natural, though the top left of those 4 have a nebula thing going on...Which I like, but the lights too bright in the center of the top left, appears to be too close to the 2 main features

I actually like the original photo/s the best out of all of them, but the one on bottom right in the doctored's is my pick of the ones you altered.

Why not use the original? It's so awesome! And simple, too! Post one of the original and one that was altered! No harm in that.

EDIT: Where is this? VERY starry sky! Chicago's never looked that way, but we can see Orion brilliantly for some reason. It must be very bright in nature as is. I wouldn't know. I've never studied the stars very much, although I do look up from time to time to bask in their awesome glow. Like I said, Chicago doesn't get very starry due to all the pollution, so it never pays much to look for too long.

I only see 2, and I'm not sure what they are, but I like the second because (and this is probably simply reflective of my mood in the past little while) it makes me think of people and how we are all the same in that we reach out to others but we do things to prevent a connection from happening, so we stay apart or alone even though on some level we are reaching out and the other is reaching out to us. (the guys in the corner, with the lights out, have separated for good: beyond potential for connection: so sad).
