For my Poly-Sci class homework i am supposed to answer this question:
What are the practical applications and implications, if the following were a new amendment – The degree to which government may dictate behavior to citizens or citizens may dictate behavior to one another is limited by the degree to which such behavior effects others. Such dictates may never cause an imbalance of liberty. Such dictates must avoid any tyranny, except when weighed against greater tyranny by their absence.
I've been thinking a lot about this and was wondering what your guys' take would be.
(ps. sorry mods if this is in the wrong place)
