I have one, err, started one and I don't have enough time to do it. A friend of mine wants me to just make it a weblog for people I know to be able to log in and make posts. There are some decent ones out there but if your motivations are monetary I would do one on farming or something where you can have some great functionality and design where you are the main resource. Art, culture, film, music... is the vein of mine and there's just no way we can compete with what's already established as far as money is concerned so it's really just something to do.
