Does anybody else want a new Metroid on the Nintendo switch?

If so, would you rather it be a 2d side scroller like super Metroid and Metroid fusion, or 3d like the prime trilogy?

I'd be down for a 3d Metroid. The original Metroid Prime is one of my favorite games.

Side scroller: tight controls(+emergent gameplay), suspenseful claustrophobic visibility, stylistic graphics. Never played the 3d titles.

Yes! Exactly what I wanted, a new 3d Metroid and side scroller! I'm so happy.

Eh I figure that's why they got MercurySteam to develop it. Oh well, it should be interesting at least.
