I appear to have just realized how good of a mediator I've always been to my friends, and notice it carrying over into my work-environment. People want me to talk to people - on their behalf, mostly.

The problem is I have, and most likely always will, absolutely detest being the middle-man. Though I appear to remain remarkably good at it.

The fact that I handle everyone the same seems to be the only reason why I'm good at this, but is treating everyone fairly as equals really that difficult?

How do you folks deal with having to be the mediator? :storks: (Appropriate emoji.)

Fortunately, listening is a major part in this kind of job. If you can do that then you are more or less set.
