I know that my first two threads were not well received... I like to indicate that I was going through a developmental stage, and I had nobody to advise me on proper etiquette. I am still new to leadership, and lack the experience to properly express myself. I would deeply appreciate it if everyone would bear with me, as I am trying very hard to improve my abilities. This is a chaotic world, and sometimes we need to make an idiot out of ourselves in order to understand it. I do not like it but... It cannot be help, at times I do stupid things, but no one is perfect, we are all human with our faults. We are thrown into this chaos, and are sometimes forced to step on other peoples toes in order to get our baring. I humbly apologize for my tactless behavior, and am working to improve it.

I too am socially awkward... I keep getting hung up on gratitude, and I lack the discipline to steady my nerves... I am working hard on getting support, but it isn't going to be easy. Sigh... Thank you all for reading this post.

Yeah, he does. I will be the first to admit I have terrible grammar...I blame it on my evil English teachers and the fact I didn't value it that highly as a youngster. Now suddenly I want to talk to people and I need a personal editor.
