What I imagine the INTP group description on linkedin to say: If you're looking for an individual who hates taking orders, finishes a task at the last minute, doesn't care about social niceties like bothering you about your day or saying "hello" when they come in in the morning, look no further because your dream employee can be found right here in the INTP group. And don't you worry, if you email him/her about your interest in them for a position, they won't email you back right away. In fact, be lucky if they respond back within a week, or for that matter, at all.

I'd also avoid joining such group in linked in. I'd guess the HR of a potential employer can see it suspiciously.
