I'm Getting Dizzy.

The other day I thought I had a head cold, because I was getting really dizzy.

That same day, I also gave my cat some catnip so she's stop jumping all over my desk. This worked at first, she ate the catnip, was funny for a while, then fell asleep. I left the bag of catnip on my desk and forgot about it. My cat can smell it and had been trying to get it open. She's apparently got it a little open and all over my desk. There are random little bits of catnip everywhere.

I'm thinking I don't have a head cold. I'm thinking it's the cat nip. But I don't know how potent cat nip is...?

Not to sure on how potent it is, but if your not feeling any other symptoms, then that catnip could surely be the cause. If it can knock out a cat, depending on the size, it could surely effect an human, but not on the same scale though.

hmm, I don't have any cats, nor catnip, so I really can't say much.

It was literally five minutes after posting this thread that I instantly regretted it and wanted to delete it and realized I couldn't. The bane of my existence is the fact that I can't delete "action upon a whim".

The chances of being high off catnip is apparently very thin to none. My friends suggested I go to the doctor.

I saw the doctor this morning. The doctor is concerned. Though she thinks it's the after effect of a cold.

I'm on motion sickness tablet and have blood work being done. I feel about 75% sure something will come up in the blood work.

The feeling isn't as severe when I'm moving, so I've noticed that I'm fidgeting and moving around a lot to counter it.

LOL now your making me feel stupid into thinking it could be possible to feel "anything" through catnip, but whatever, hopefully it isn't as serious as you make it sound.

Roll that green and spark it up. It's a very mild buzz. From then on, you'll know for sure whether you are high on catnip or just imagining things.

I think if you consume a large amount of it, it may have an affect. When I asked everyone about it, it seemed unlikely. Though it's kind of a funny coincidence that I started experiencing dizziness the same day I gave my cat catnip.

Also, I'm still experiencing the dizziness, despite no exposure to the catnip in the last couple days.

I'm probably diabetic or something.

Would you consider INTP's to be druggies though? On a majority of things?
Could just be one of those, first thought, issues. Like when someone says something, but the meaning or literal meaning could go in multiple ways, usually in a perverted way.

Some INTPs are druggies, that's for sure. I reason it's mostly the highly introverted spectrum. I'm not a druggie, I tend to dislike the feeling of being high. I don't mind a little drinking from time to time, but ultimately there's little appeal in it for me. My T or P is my highest percentage. It tends to be my T and I think those on the T spectrum like to have their minds clear.

*It's somewhat problematic that I can't edit my first post to point out the turn the topic is taking and how the catnip thing has more or less been ... turned into a different conversation.

banana, Thanks for the useful link. The uses and effects are different from what I'm experiencing, so I suppose that clears everything up for sure.

I knew a girl who tried to smoke catnip when out of bud. (She was never the brightest). She said nothing happened except a headache.

I read about people doing or suggesting catnip and i just shake my head /sigh
