I thought it might be interesting to put all of the creative and intellectual capacity on this site to work, and collaborate on 'doing something'. I propose the following (only as a start, feel free to propose other problems-to-be-solved):

(1) Steal 'Starry Night' from the MoMA [preferably without getting caught, unless of course this is part of your plan...].

Here's a link to the floor plan to get you started

http://www.moma.org/visit/plan/floorplan/

(2) Conceptualize a medicine-delivery system/alternative method which dramatically reduces/does away with undesirable side-effects. I'll leave the type of medication/treatment and disease/ailment/disease-process up to you.

Disclaimer: How would you do these things in theory. I'm not encouraging anyone to commit a crime, and this isn't a business venture (that's directed at you 'Da Blob', you can take your snide, patronizing tone and jam it butt! up butt!), just thought it'd be fun to see the sorts of ideas people come up with.

Max I'm gonna trample the good sense out of you and your condescending comments.:elephant:< - those are crazy-murder eyes, and a forced crazy-murder smile.

'tis all in jest as far as you know. : (

Actually transforming intpforum into

The INTP Corporation

the source of all your business solutions

We could just create a subforum that would generate millions of dollars worth of revenue for forum members. Who knows, we might even have a few 'million dollar' threads eventually. What is weird, is that in the strange world that we now live in, such a thing is actually feasible...

So who volunteers to be in charge of the Marketing Division?

Just so you know, I cut-and-pasted this onto an e-mail to my husband with a subject line saying, "This is why I spend so much time reading the INTP forum..."

I'll work on the intel, and as for the incentive, I can't tell you exactly...but it's good, real makes-ya-smile kinda' good. As if being able to cram 'Starry Night' into your refrigerator for no reason/for the giggles isn't incentive enough...

Snide |snīd|
adjective
1 derogatory or mocking in an indirect way

I resent that accusation - I am Not indirect!

People are looking at grand theft from the wrong angle. Instead of an intelligent plan executed by a small team of elite specialists, just convince 2 or 3 thousand members of some group from the lunatic fringe to meet at the museum wearing disguises. At a given signal the mob would storm the museum and steal every single painting, not just the van Gogh...

It's a bit of a sledgehammer where I was looking for a very small toothpick hammer wielded with an almost otherworldly deftness and precision, but it's a start, we're off and running! Also I think the more thorough and circumspect we are - leave no stone unturned - the more opportunity there'll be for creative solutions.

Intel Package 1 - "Carpentry"

http://nugsmcdugs.posterous.com/carpentry (couldn't fit all this sh*t in the post)

*Still need interior pics, possibly a walkthrough or something of that sort. If possible, details on museum security measures, how paintings are mounted to wall, etc., obviously specifics will be hard to come by, but I'm sure a general explanation sufficient for our purposes can be found.
