Hi. Umm...not much to say. I'm an INTP. I love books and movies (especially of a fantasy/adventure nature). I also enjoy pretty much every artform: painting, drawing, photography, sculpting, metalworking. I also like music. I play the cello and compose a bit. Among my favorite things are spaghetti, The Lord of the Rings, Battlestar Galactica (the re-imagined version of course), chocolate, and dogs.
I think that's it. Hello!

I've always wanted to try metalworking, it looks really interesting. I just finished the last season of BSG about a month ago, i really loved it.

And hello :)

Hi Lithorn, looks like you'll fit right in. Welcome to the forum.

I think Aces did some metalwork, but I haven't seen him in a while.

I don't mean to sound like a broken record.

But what sort of metalworking do you do? Blacksmithing? Machining? Casting?

Pretty basic jewelry-making stuff so far. Some casting. I hope to eventually do some blacksmithing, but it's really hard to find people that teach that.
And rubberducky, I highly recommend Caprica and The Plan, in case you haven't watched them yet.:)

Is that an Irish Wolfhound in your avvie?

If so, I may forgive you for liking dogs... but the re-imagined version of BattleStar Galactica?

*shakes head*

Some things are unforgivable!

It is indeed an Irish Wolfhound. The world's coolest dogs in my opinion. I particularly liked that picture; it has a kind of sleepy, "whachu lookin at?" attitude to it :)
Am I to take it you prefer the original Battlestar Galactica?

The one from the 70's? Where all the characters look like they live on a beach instead of a spaceship?

Hello welcome to the forum. There is a blacksmithing shop in a small town near where I live. The town is basically built around 1 street of artisans.

Yes. And it was all so camp and the Xylons were scary...
