Terrifyingly, the Google Search for raghu1 shows us in second place only a few hours after the thread began.
Personally I am still willing to give the benefit of the doubt and assume that this is some unfortunate Indian who has only learnt English through the medium of textspeak.
Not that that would stop Microsoft giving him an HB-1, or the United States making him CIO.
