Interesting analysis. As opposed to ... nearly everybody, who at least has some ability to converse on the direct "eye-to eye" level that you two require of him.
When you say something to him, he reads it, but his mind sees something else. It's a losing battle. This is what I mean by adding layers. It's like he thinks he's two steps ahead of you.
However, I would have to admit that I don't believe my self two steps or even one step ahead of anyone in this argument. I am actually having a completely different argument (I.E. my original argument) Were they simply are trying to make another point all together unrelated to my point.
As Carry has wisely pointed out I can be narcissistic at times. I refuese to ingage there argument when I am completely content with my own.
On the other hand they believe me to be arguing against them instead of for my original argument. I tried to tell them that I have nothing more to add as is obvious form me repeating myself at least 15 time in this thread. There argument while not exactly wrong isn't important to (or against) my agrument therefore I chose to not give them victory when I am not even arguing against there point. Admiting they are right (even though they do have a reasonable point) would be paramont to discrediting my own argument which they have not discredited in the least.
Therefore I repeat my argument hoping that someday they may realize that I wasn't arguing with them in the first place.
My argument is factual and truthful. It actually simple entry level logic.
What may appear logical due to it apparent (or actual) truth may not actually be logical and what is logical may not actually appear or be factual.
I hope this finally clears up my argument I am running out of new ways of saying the same old thing.
What is most frustrating about this argument however is how that cherry actually accepted my argument yesterday while still belittling its importance. Then his friend can on all of the sudden my argument is wrong in proxy to another argument on the term Validity. So I take out the term they don't agree with and reword my argument and they still use the same attack.
They also act offended every time I try to defend there comments which is weird but okay.
