Doesnt anybody think about really going through with huge plans, like living at the fullest or building a huge thing up and actually using it? Like I just thought, wouldnt it be cool to just ditch everything besides cash and live like the movies, now i know it would suck kinda, but youd have car and a lot of cash and a lot of time. Something like Wolverine or nonextreme sexualized Fritz the cat, and just think that youve done it all?

Doesn't anybody think about really going through with huge plans,
As I've aged the adjective `huge' has mutated into `doable' concurrently with planning giving way to spontaneous DOING.

... like living at the fullest or building a huge thing up and actually using it?
Think about it.
As many -- if not -- most INTPs are more interested in merely DESIGNING things, but not necessarily manifesting their brain bastards via physical materials -- perhaps requiring builders, project managers, and such -- which domains are more likely to attract and retain INTPs?

I've built physical things out of unconventional materials; I've built non-physical things out of bits and bytes as I'm LAZY and I prefer to NOT have to round up physical materials then assemble and shape them via physical TOOLS.
When crafting `a huge thing' of a software project one can use a tool which closer to a machine shop were the project to entail PHYSICAL materials and tools; one may use -- in my case -- GNU emacs as a lisp engine and foundry which one can use to create both tools and `the thing itself' which one or more others regard `something'.

Like I just thought, wouldn't it be cool to just ditch everything besides cash and live like the movies
Plenty of horror movies around.
Might want to exercise some dissociative constraint to pin down which genre of movie you end up attempting to live.

now i know it would suck kinda, but you'd ...
As per your conjectured `really going through with huge plans'?

...have car and a lot of cash and a lot of time.
Now were DREAMIN'!!!!

Something like Wolverine or nonextreme sexualized Fritz the cat, and just think that youve done it all?
Now all you've got to do is lower a rope ladder from your Castle in the Air to Earth Below

Plans just tie you down and keep you from really making the decisions that matter. Keeping options open is essential to achieving things because the situation is never ideal and huge plans require the most ideal situations that rarely surface. If plans need to be made then it should be very general like knowing the exit of a large maze is North and being able to generalize where North should be. Of course you sometimes have to go further from the exit in order to find your way back but over a long time of keeping the end goal in mind you will make it.

Or you can just rely on faith and luck and jump into a heavy flowing river believing you will make it to the other side. Some people do make it that way but the rest end up drowning.

I think the problem with that is you aren't who you think you are in your head. The reason you haven't made huge plans and haven't lived your current life to the fullest is because the person holding you back is yourself. You aren't just a movie protagonist in boring circumstances you are boring/the things you currently hate about your situation and will continue to be even if you drastically change those external circumstances.

If you ditch everything and live in your car with cash you'll be sitting around in your car wondering when it gets good. Things don't just happen. You don't generally accidentally run into a life you enjoy or want or is interesting and changing everything but yourself won't help.

I hope that's not too depressing. You can have a great interesting fulfilling life in your current circumstances if you make it happen. Once you are able to do that then maybe ditching everything but the car will be a great experience because you already know how to live life.

Extreme ideas I've had

Move to New Zealand and be a sheep farmer, draw, drink magic tea, hike the Lord of the Rings paths, die in the sea

Move to Norway, wear lots of jackets, get cold anyway and die (but at least it's pretty there and maybe you went site seeing a bitand attended a black metal concert or two)

Move to Norway, buy some land, marry a man who is strong and doesn't speak the same language as you, raise his seven children, live off the grid, have a self sustaining life, die

I’ve regularly envisioned myself moving to the northwest and getting out of the hell hole that is TN. But I need money to do it and money when I get there. All of my ideas lack that important element.

I dream of a world free of Yahoos screeching about their "Rights." No one has Rights.

I am working on something like that. I intend to use the powers of my intellect to become free from the perverse and vulgar concept of "having a job". It is a prison which I intend to escape.

The project is of immense proportions - theoretically, practically and techonologically. Something bigger than anything I have ever worked on before. I have assembled a group of the best minds I know for this. It's gonna be a thing of beauty, folks.

I grew up in a, not sure how to label it, nobody in my family or extended family have pursued a higher education or a life outside the norm. From I was a child I was sure I would not be able to accomplish something outside the normal bubble either. All the people I heard or read about who achieved great things by being ahead in programming or whatever- in my eyes that could never be me. That was just something some people were able to do, not me. It's kinda interesting how this type of environment impacts one psychologically.

Anyways, if my investments pays off I might "make it", meaning I can "live a life outside money". Just making those types of investments in itself is something unheard of in my social circle. I've probably already "made" more money than my family and extended family, friends would be able to do with the same amount of funds.

That being said, I don't have that great ambitions, even after coming into more money from being borderline poor it just made me realize how empty life would continue to be. If your life is empty, more money wont necessarily help you. It will take the edge off the stress of not being able to pay bills, sure, but it wont make life more interesting or worthwhile after that. Hedonism wont save you long term.

(My goals aren't that extreme, though, I "just" want a house in a forest somewhere where I might be able to keep some horses or goats while having the peace of mind to write a book or shitpost on intpf)

I've thought about building a stone cabin in the mountains. Outside of permissions. Just collect huge stones and build the house. I've even picked a nice spot, with 360 degree view. I don't want it registered in any system. The spot is perfect. But no way the authorities will let me build there. Should I do it? Huge enough stones and they cant tear it down. Maybe possible to disguise it from satellites as mountain.

Do it. Nobody is ever going to look into it, or even if they did, they won't go to the effort of destroying it. (probably)

This is similar to my life dream. I want to use the architecture skills I've accrued to make something for myself, rather than always working for other people, carrying out their ridiculous wants. Gotta be somewhere remote. Somewhere I can focus on living freely, rather than operating within the 'machine'.

I have a really big problem with this actually. I don't really have dreams or aspirations. I am just a very low motivated person in general.

Not so sure. Probably I would have to pay day fines until it was torn down again. Quite effective that. It's awfully risky though. Some serious cash would have to be spent. As I wouldn't be able to find locally all those stones. I need to plan it better.

I've also made plans to fill a small crevasse with 2 cargo containers. Then earth all over. Then it cannot even been seen. Windows in one direction, if non reflective can be found.

But these are a few levels up compared to my regular ideas I get an urge to realize. A few years ago I built this hunting hut. Was fun. Took a few weeks. But I haven't been there since. It's bigger then it looks. It's so one can sleep comfortably. I might make a platform on the ground. Much wider. With walls that connect with the tower. That would actually be a more proper hut. 3 levels. With a spiral to each level. If small enough footprint I might not get reported, So it can stay in peace.
