In celebration of the re-opening to new registrations --- or something --- the administration has chosen to allow all members to choose their own custom titles in their User CPs from the get-go --- no longer shall the discriminatory and brutal condition of Stakhanovite striving to complete 1000 posts be required.
Titles decided by any madmin to be crude or obnoxious may be expunged without appeal and the right to custom titles withdrawn from that user for such time as is decided.
