carrot :(

BUT i have read many studies about attributing vegetables to things so even before i started counted i couldn't get carrot out of my head.
carrot was common, so that was what i was thinking prior to counting

Lost, after wandering irresponsibly away from the
Cauliflower: my favorite veg, so I thought of it. You included fruits, though. That's cheating: you specifically said vegetable. Does that just preclude people who are exacting with language from being fruits?

Are onions, garlic and/or mushrooms, vegetables?

Roasted garlic cloves are delicious.

I love you. I can't work out if you are a cheat (probably) or a deviant, or both?

I have gotten over my Aubergine phase. I have even forgotten her name. I am pedantic (called precision) but that does not mean that if you ask certain characters to think of a vegetable and discover that they are really fruits. Enjoy!

Saying "Enjoy" is not necessarily a sign of being a fruit, more of being a Scullery Boy or Mustang Sally (ESFJ).

No, I actually thought "orange" before I got to the end.... but I am probably a deviant regardless.

BANANA!

(edit: does this mean anything good or do I not want to know?)

Lots of deviants (I thought of Carrot) but this one takes the biscuit! However, to define the extent of your deviancy, the standard BANANA test is how do you eat them?

I eat bananas rather often. I prefer them yellow. I'll pick one up, peel it, and ingest it orally.

I had a list of possibles, but all were oral consumption. List later.

Banana list. Oral consumption through the mouth was the only thing I considered. I was not broad-minded/creative to think of other possibilities. How prudish of me!?

I prefer to mash the bananas and put them in a sandwich with caster sugar. Or sliced as an accompaniement to a curry.

Most people seem to peel them and eat them straight (England 2008). I think they can be cooked a or made into recipes (or should that be casserole?).

What I also did not think of is the "neantherdal" might eat them raw skin and all. I kid you not, it does occur for real! (by humans)

I thought "Peppers" realized it was a fruit, changed it to asparagus.

Asparagus is the best veggie in existance. I mean, look at it. It looks like a mutant alien,
AND YOU CAN EAT IT!!! That's how my parents got me to eat asparagus when I was little.
