I just woke up, and it felt like my heart valve was going to rupture.... Will I ever have any peace in my life.... I will need to continue to seek out advisement, otherwise god know what is going to happen to me.

You having nightly panic attacks? I've been getting them since I started my mood disorder meds. Every night it feels like a major jolt to my heart and uneasiness in the brain. I have one slightly negative thought and I get a sudden adrenaline rush from no where, isn't fun at all. Have you been feeling overly anxious lately and if so where do you think its originating?
