Well, I've finally gotten around to making an introduction thread after posting a couple times and lurking forever. I really hate introducing myself. I'd like to think that's because I'm so amazingly complex that describing myself in a few short paragraphs is futile...it's probably actually because I just fail at introducing myself.

Anyways, I'm DynamicMind and I am a 14 year old home schooled girl from the southern United States. I'm graduating next year because I have all the credits I need for college and I think that mandatory courses and compulsory education is stupid. I enjoy aerospace, physics, theology, computers, and sociology. I have an aversion to stupid people, illogical people, and exclamation points in most situations. I failed grammar. Yay.

So...yeah...hi.

Don't be rude sagewolf, it's not like the poor thing can defend itself.
Just leave it in peace.

Would you say that you have a exclamation point phobia?
Perhaps caused by some exclamation point related truma in your past?

Exposure therapy: Exclamation!!!!!!! points!!!!!!!!!
Do you feel more sane now?

She's probably got an exclamation point trauma related to flaming noobs that lurk around most forums. You know, the people who "TyP lYk DiS!!!!!!!!1111" etc etc etc.

I feel exponentially more sane! I'm free!!!! -eye twitch-

Honestly though, exclamation points remind me of noobs who use them at the end of every sentence whether the topic was exclamatory or not. Really, if they spoke like that in real life they would be the most exclamatory people on this green earth. Therefore, I draw the conclusion that they are unaware of the purpose of punctuation (their use of capitalization would enforce this theory) and are morons. That or they are just easily excitable and tend to squeak with joy a lot...which would drive me nuts anyways.

uh oh. I'm the squeaky excitable person here! I really do talk like that! You can be dynamic mind, I'm dynamic voice. I think it doesn't help that I'm a singer so I tend to sing-speak sometimes...(I use dots a lot too, because that's how my mind works, thoughts are never really definite or finished...)...

Ooh, nice avatar, DM! I didn't see that last time. The white-on black linework is right up my alley-- I love that kind of artwork.

...Well, there goes the rest of my day. :o

Oh dear...this could be an issue. Well, I use the dots also, so we do have something in common. I use them because that's how I talk- lot's of pauses to build up suspense.

Thanks! I actually drew that myself last night. I though it was pretty cool, so I used it as my avatar.

Hahaa, I get the feeling your mind is at that point just before spontaneous combustion right now.

Unresolved tension makes you stronger! Or it makes you a nutcase. Choose one and run with it.
