This thought is a work in progress, so build on or attack as you deem fit. |

This reminds of an interview I once went to a few years back. It was going very well, I could see they were impressed and then suddenly one of the interviewers asked what was I passionate about in life. I really couldn't thing of anything and so I blurted out the first thing that came to mind, logic.
I pretty much alienated my interviewers, I tried to explain why rationality was so important to me and what a strong sense of reason could bring to a workplace, but HR people are usually Fs so the interview ended rather shortly after that.

This reminds me of the D&D alignment axes. Good <--> Evil and Law <--> Chaos
As far as other axes, you covered plenty of the bases. I'm not quite sure about the idea that every person operates along a single axis. I think that we may have to think three-dimensionally here. Envision perhaps 3 axes, x, y, z, inside a cube. Perhaps a single, or even two axes would work with simple, uni-faceted people, but I think that some people are too complicated to be summed up in any less than 3 axes. If you wanted to go even farther (say with multiple personalities?), then you start having to think in 4-D, and we don't need that argument here.

I like Fact, Science, Logic, Learning, understanding, Books and being alone.
I dislike people, crowds, people that have no common sence or individuality, people that dont read, people that dont look deeper into things and wonder and discover. Most people are like the tip of an iceberg, very predictable, all their personality seems to be on show upon immediatly seeing them, i like to think intps are and like to focus on the rest of the iceberg beneath the water. because that the amazing part, not what presents itself upon immediate sighting That probably makes no sense *head desk*

To The Fury - Indeed! I know exactly where you're coming from. This idea came out of thinking to fulfill a need. As I said, there's a lot of emphasis on passion out there and it would do us good to know how ours relate to other's passions... What other people readily understand and what they do not. |

Hm, this one is puzzling to me. Would it mean that people either live according to what they know is right and wrong vs acting without regard to right and wrong? Or maybe more universally, with self interest vs communal interest? Quote:
As far as these axes of passion , it seems that some would be best if operated to one extreme while others might be better in a middle ground. Not sure if this is significant, just an observation. Hm I don't know if what I'm saying makes much sense, mainly I'm trying to understand where your coming from on these and get on the same page. I will think on this some more. p.s. your text format is complex with all the colors and such lol
