    This weird "favourite number" research

I always disliked 3 and 7 the most of the numbers 0-9. Now 37? Awful!

    Pure INTP-ish Fuck-up-ery

I did that. I also tried using several different browsers. None of that worked, but I found a download of the game on that site and tried that instead. It was a .zip file that I couldn't extract properly because the file names contained Japanese characters, so I had to change my language for...

    What's your top five anime?

Re: Recommend some anime Not really. The animé has horrible pacing and ends right before the best part of Gantz' plot begins. The manga is better, but sort of a guilty pleasure for me: It's not very well thought-out, and, not very good overall by standard criterion, but an interesting read anyway.

    What's your top five anime?

Re: Recommend some anime Actually, I found Death Note captivating from beginning to end. The beginning episodes wonderfully set the tone of the series.

    What's your top five anime?

Re: Recommend some anime I watched all of Monster. It was consistently good but never great.

    What's your top five anime?

Re: Recommend some anime Like Anthile said, you really should specify what genre you're interested in. If you have no preference, Death Note is the way to go. I would suggest staying away from the standard shounen fare, Naruto, Dragonball, Bleach, etc. that stuff's not ideal for INTPs.

I see you're from Iceland, at least according to your last.fm profile. Are you by any chance familiar with the movie Nói Albinói? Is it well-known over there? (It's my favourite Icelandic film)

I have a game you will not stop playing..ever.

Yup, the watervator. There was a hole in it somewhere. The thing is, all the previous times I accidentally flooded the world, the server was killed by lag and was unable to save any changes. I thought that would happen again if I flooded the world, which I thought I would be extra careful not to...

Indeed. Actually I can remove all the water above water level, and I can easily drain all flooded buildings. The real problem will be underground areas that are connected to water bodies but separated with sponges - they may have to be fixed with sponges in-game.

I am currently in Karesuando, and I don't have good internet here. I'll be back in Kiruna late Sunday. ...but what's worse is, I may have irreversibly destroyed the map. The last backup is from 2 days ago, but I'll first see if there is absolutely no way for me to repair the damage I have done...

Hard to say. Norway got lots of great black metal, second-wave in particular, and also lots of prog/experimental metal like Spiral Architect, Arcturus, In the Woods... etc. Sweden's fairly diverse and hard to place, but we've got some great depressive metal like Lifelover, Katatonia, etc. Were...

If you had one year left to live

I already know I may not have long left to live and I'm not really doing much about it. Hopefully the knowledge would push me over the limit and cause me to do things that my caution and paranoia has so far prevented me from doing.

I managed to raise the upper limit by 192 blocks, however this resulted in some ugly walls at the edge of the world. I still think it's worth it for being able to build my future epic sky fortress though. EDIT: I fixed the wall problem by lowering the upper limit and also lowering the bottom...

I don't think it constitutes as a simulation game, just a sandbox game. And of course Dwarf Fortress would win anyway with that tremendous depth, it's just a lot more fun in the long run. ...I think. I never got past the insane learning curve for Dwarf Fortress but it seems awesome.
