All of these men of science manged to revolutionized the world unintentionally. I say we have the intellect to top these guys especially since we have the world's knowledge at our fingertips. Most importantly we have the power of unlimited collaboration through open-source technologies/techniques. We are the networked generation and we can collectively solve all of the world's problems, and create new ones while we are at it (he he he). I don't know quite yet how I will personally go about it, but I will get back to you as soon as I do. I don't know about you guys, but I'm bored with the state of the world. I want my flying car, personal space craft, and that moon house that was promised. Since NASA is stuck with their head's up their ass, I say we start designing and building our own space age tech.
For those interested here is a starting point:
1. Free online coursed from several top Universities (MIT/Harvard/Berkeley)

2. The largest amateur Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) community on the web

3. Creative Commons licenses provide a flexible range of protections and freedoms for authors, artists, and educators.
