I disabled it entirely, in the hope we could sort out some community and tech. issues before opening to new members. Unfortunately the owner has been awol and we haven't been able to make the changes.

Given the instability of our server I am not going to change that yet.

Besides which... making duel accounts is a smite-worthy offence. If you want a new name, just ask...

Anyway, opening the forum now would be a very bad idea. Just imagine someone registrates now and then the next crash happens - new users would be deleted as well, I suppose.
And that would be, without a doubt, extremely frustrating.
